This light, easy drinking ale is hop forward, with light bitterness to balance the malty sweetness. A light floral and slightly fruity hop aroma will tantalize your nose.
This hop forward style is cloudy, on purpose. Bitterness is low (for an IPA) with massive tropical fruit flavors of passion fruit, papaya, as well as blueberry, and stonefruit.
One of my award winning homebrew recipes, tastes of citrus and pine with hints of tropical fruit. Bitterness forward as you'd expect from a West Coast.
With Citra and Amarillo hops, this "Session" is a cruchable citrus forward brew
